Stockyard Creek Trust their employees and agents shall have no liability howsoever caused to YOU or any dependant for personal injury or death suffered by YOU or any dependant arising in anyway whatsoever from the supply by:

Stockyard Creek Homestead ( Stockyard Creek Trust) of recreational services, and accommodation including but not limited to:

Providing accommodation, short term agistment and Self Guided horse rides. The property offers opportunity for many recreational activities including but not limited to: Horse riding . Bike riding . Swimming. Water based activities. Hiking. Walking. Driving. As with any bush property there are inherent dangers and caution must be taken - deep water. falling limbs/trees. Camp fires. Gas appliances. Uneven ground/paving. mezzanine level bunk room.

You acknowledge that Recreational Services are dangerous activities with many inherent risks as a result of which personal injury ( and sometimes death) are common. You by your participation accept all risks of personal injury or death in any way whatsoever arising from your participation in such recreational activities and YOU and any dependants release and forever discharge:

and its employees and agents from all and any liability and claims arising from the supply of the Recreational Services , and Accommodation.

Payment received for a booking with Stockyard Creek Homestead is an acknowledgement of this risk warning and is an exclusion of right to sue.
