Cancellation Policy and booking terms and conditions.

Booking Terms and conditions :

1.        50% deposit is due at time of booking.  This will secure the dates. 50% due 30 days before arrival.

2.       Cancellation of booking: 30 days or more before arrival – full refund less 10% admin fee

30 days or less before arrival – No refund unless dates can be rebooked- if rebooked – full refund less 10% admin fee

3.       Stockyard Creek Homestead is deemed Short term holiday Accommodation-we will not be charging GST on these rates.

4.       Peak periods will have minimum stay requirements. Easter weekend- min 4 nights. Long weekends- min 3 nights.

5.   10% discount for 7 night stay

6 . * Extra guests wishing to set up their own camp ( Caravan, trailer or tent) near the homestead is permitted only when conditions suit. eg If muddy and wet it is discouraged due to the damage caused . We ask that the grassy areas near the firepit and horse shed are free from camping and vehicle parking.
