Rates

HOmestead Hire ( September-june)

$ 1000 per night – Weekend rate (Fri & Sat night- minimum stay 2 nights)

$ 750 per night – Week night (Sun-Thurs- minimum stay 3 nights)

Minimum stay 5 nights for Wedding Venue Hire or other large function.

Rates are for up to 30 people staying at the Homestead. Camping fee for extra guests $50 per site per night. *

Closed for winter ( June-september)

Homestead is not winterproof , we close for guest stays between June-September.

Wedding/Function Hire

Minimum hire 5 nights.

Booking Terms and conditions :

1.        50% deposit is due at time of booking. 50% due 30 days before arrival.

2.       Cancellation of booking: 30 days or more before arrival – full refund less 10% admin fee

30 days or less before arrival – No refund unless dates can be rebooked- if rebooked – full refund less 10% admin fee

3.       Stockyard Creek Homestead is deemed Short term holiday Accommodation-we will not be charging GST on these rates.

4.       Peak periods will have minimum stay requirements. Easter weekend- min 4 nights. Long weekends- min 3 nights.

5.   10% discount for 7 night stay

6. * Extra guests wishing to set up their own camp ( Caravan, trailer or tent) near the homestead is permitted only when conditions suit. eg If muddy and wet it is discouraged due to the damage caused . We ask that the grassy areas near the firepit and horse shed are free from camping and vehicle parking.
